Major problem with "Move Storage"

Post by jazd »

If you try and move a torrent to a location where the torrent files already exist the path for the torrent becomes "File exists". The only way to restore a correct path is to manually edit the torrents.state file in the config directory.

I think there should be two options in the menu, one to "set" the download location (eg for when the files have been moved manually) and another option to move the files (make it smarter though, check to see if files already exist and if so give an error and dont change the torrent's download path).

Cheers for the great client, I've switched from rtorrent. I am eagerly awaiting the shell script execution on completion plugin!

This was with libtorrent-rasterbar 0.14.3 from the Ubuntu PPA. I am just about to update to Deluge 1.1.8 and libtorrent-rasterbar 0.14.4.

I'll tell you if the problem is still there.

Seems the problem is fixed in the latest version. Sorry bout that but I didnt realise there was a newer version when I made the post. The 1.1.8 update only appeared in the PPA today.
