Items on context menu is not available...

Sorry for my English, I'm from Russia.

When downloading files, you can not choose a rock only individual files. In the context menu items are not available "no load", as well as items not available "priority."

Not working Deluge 1.1.7 (deb) and Deluge 1.1.8 (src)

You can only do file prioritization when using Full allocation.
