I can't get Deluge to recognize files I already have for a torrent. I have a complete torrent that I downloaded using another client. The files and directory structure are in tact and I'm using the same exact .torrent file just opened in Deluge. This also happened once when I did a reformat and wiped all my settings and tried to resume already downloaded torrents on a backup drive. If the torrent is added to Deluge before it has done a complete download itself it won't recognise anything at all. However, if I start to download a torrent with Deluge, switch to another client, download some more and switch back to Deluge and do a recheck it picks up just fine.
I'm trying to resume a torrent I downloaded completely using Vuze and when I set the torrent's storage to where it's already downloaded to, it instead downloads to "/home/chris/File exists" even after a forced recheck. These are all the exact files that go with this torrent, nothing has been changed.
Deluge wont recognize already downloaded torrents
Re: Deluge wont recognize already downloaded torrents
are you using move storage or just pointing the download location to where the files are?hittingsmoke wrote:I'm trying to resume a torrent I downloaded completely using Vuze and when I set the torrent's storage to where it's already downloaded to, it instead downloads to "/home/chris/File exists" even after a forced recheck.
