My Download Not Restore

hey guys ,
whz up ..?

i'm using deluge 1.1.6
and i've a massaive problem
every time i close deluge and shutdown my pc it never restore my old download
and it always stay on Checking 0.00%
LIKE THIS PIC

i hope u guys help me ..
BTW i'm using UBUNTU 9.04

Hi there;
It happened to me the same way; client version is 1.1.6;
I checked the forum and 1 possible way will be to do so:

Start Deluge;
Click on the torrent file ( select ) / right mouse click / PAUSE - do this for each torrent you're downloading/seeding
Close Deluge
Restart Deluge again;
That should do-it ; on restart you should have your torrents restored to the original state ( downloading/seeding )

There is also another piece of information saying something like:
Make sure config files, resume data and state are fsync'd when saved. This should help prevent data losses on crashes/improper shutdowns.
; but, I do not know how to do that; yet;
