Lot of seeds, lack of speed

Hi there.

I am in a XP Pro, SP1 with Deluge 0.5.8 client. I get lot of seeds, but the speed is too low, even slower than Utorrent Client. Any tip to overcome this issue? It is a lot frustrating...

In Deluge 0.5.6 I was able to get speeds around 200/250 kbs.
