Ubuntu Repo's

The update notification when Deluge is started directs to the download page. For Ubuntu packages, it directs the user to the Official Ubuntu repo's. Their repo's haven't been updated and still have the 1.1.6 version on them. Yes, yes, I could compile from source, but I try to stick to one software installation method as to not FUBAR distro upgrades.
