Cannot load non-english torrent!

v1.1.6 cannot load non-english torrent which contains non-english path within.

I have the same problem with Deluge 1.1.6 on Ubuntu 8.10 64bit. The "Add torrent" pop up simply shows up blank (with both Chinese and Japanese torrents).

same problem here with 1.1.6 under 9.04 64bit.
hope there will be a solution pretty soon, cause actually this is a huge problem for me, i'm even considering to move to some other client.
