Proxy between Client - Tracker

I was wondering if it was possible to use a proxy to connect to the tracker from utorrent, and also can some people post some good proxy's for this type of connection because Ive tryed a bunch from online but for some reason they dont seem to work.

What type is needed http socks?

Alittle clarification on this would be really helpful.

Also I am not asking for a proxy for peer to peer connectons, I am looking for a proxy for client - tracker connections

or if you're willing to give deluge a try you can set up a tracker proxy under Prefereces->Proxies.
