Multi-trackers in same time annouced

Hello,

I create some files and need to can use muli-announce for my torrent.. I see we can add multi but like i have read the others announce are used only when one don't respond. That's good but will nice to have all annonced in same time or to have like now..

For example with the order of the annonce.. Make 0,1,2... and so will like now or make 0,0,0,... and so all annonce are use in same time...

I hope some will agree with that..
