Problem to create a torrent with version windows

I have windows vista 32 bit and have install the version windows 1.1.5... all be fine except he will not create a torrent, it block at 0 %

Deluge hashes torrent, but no .torrent file is saved.

I am very happy with delug and have quit utorret...
