WEB UI problems on 1.5.1

Hi!

I had deluge running for months on my Ubuntu PC, but when I upgraded to 1.5.1 my WEB UI doesn work anymore.

This is what I get:

[ERROR ] 06:07:46 client:146 Socket or XMLRPC error: (111, 'Connection refused')

Any clue?
