why there isn't a wizard for deluge ????
Of course experienced users don't care about this but inexperienced users really need this, when i opened deluge for the first time, i tried to do every thing to get deluge work on a good performance and i still have some problems, making a configuration wizard its not that hard and u will minimize the number of people complaining every day about how to optimize deluge.

but a wizard will be better as it will tweak all the setting depending on ur speed

you can do that yourself as well; that table even specifies what your upload speed should be based on your max upload speed.
