Downloads stuck at 100%

Hi all I'm using 1.1.5 on windows vista and I have a download that is showing "downloading 100%" but trying to open the file - in winzip says file is corrupt.
Also the files tab shows progress at 100.44%
Any suggestions?

have you tried forcing a recheck?
