Webinterface does not work? (ubuntu and 1.13)

Hi,

I installed Deluge on Ubuntu 8.10 by adding the repos from launchpad and then apt-get it.

Deluge seems to work like it should. However, I can not find anything related to the webinterface in the settings.

I also tried to (re?)-install the webinterface, apt-get install deulge-webinterface. Did not change anything. There is no webinterface in the settings and no webinterface in moduls.

How can I activate/setup and use the webinterface?

I had the same kind of problems so i ended installing SVN version of deluge.
