Help uplaoding through Airwave Networks

I'm a newb, so plz bare with. I live in an apartment complex and have the typical provided ISP. It is called Airwave Networks, it provides me to have to sign in before usage, and MAC address registrations for game consoles...you know the deal. I don't have problems downloading or connecting to peers (or so I think), but I can't seem to upload after a download at all. I believe its some proxy stuff so that I can bypass and upload. Any ideas?

There is a proxy configuration in the preferences, you have to know what to enter though.

How do I know what proxy stuff I need to put there

When I hit Test Port it says "TCP... closed for..."

I would assume you need access to a proxy (HTTP or SOCKS) and would have the settings for this, then would enter the settings for the proxy in the peer section.
