Deluge
deluge 0583 ubuntu gusty.
I found that when disk becoming full deluge raise pop window for each torrent and then exit. after cleaning up disk for more space, deluge started with no torrent in the main pane although those torrents and those fastresume are in fact still inside .config/deluge/torrentfiles. Although I could add those torrents manually and fore recheck, but I suppose deluge could handle this situation more gracefully.
