Thank you for fixing 'Stuck in checking' bug!
There is another serious issue. It is not possible to change index number (priority) of Torrent via context menu -> Queue in gtk UI. Just nothing happens.
I get

Traceback (most recent call last):
Failure: exceptions.TypeError: queue_top() takes exactly 2 arguments (3 given)
p.s. I use rev. 4607 on Fedora 10.

Probably you are aware of it, probably not. Anyway I suppose it is better to report it.
