Deluge 1.1.0 Released!

Since 1.1.0 (the svn version has long had this problem), the add torrent dialog can't show Chinese character, all Chinese character becomes a box with a cross on it. I still can add the torrent because the main ui shows Chinese character correctly and also the file name is fine too.

Upload slot is the number of simultaneous peer to which you can upload.
Number of connections (or half open connections) is not related to number of upload slot.

Are you sure you are referring to upload slot ?

Yes I´m sure! I limited the number of simultaneous peers to upload to 6, but it still tries to upload to every peer I´m connected with.

Deluge will automatically open up more upload slots if you are not using your maximum upload speed.

Can`t you make this optional. If a user wants this, o.k., but I don`t want it so slow down my router due to too many open connections.
