Torrent Creator in 1.1.0 - bugs and improvements

It's great to have a torrent creator again in 1.1.0 but it's still buggy and i miss some features:

• After creating a torrent deluge doesn't seed it but tries to download the file to the default path which is - in my case - not the path where the torrent-file should point to. Another time deluge simply crashed instead of adding the created torrent (i didn't log that).
• Adding several trackers (one per line) does not work properly: One time deluge added only the first time, another time it adds all trackers but crashed later (see above)
• There's no possibility to save a list of trackers. I (and many others?) always use the same trackers for my own torrents, so it would be great to see them beeing added automatically everytime.
• the tracker's ranking is confusing: by default every tracker is set to "0", bringing a tracker "up" sends him to the end of the list. Bringing several trackers "up" results in all of them beeing ranked "1". Klicking on "up" once more counts up the tracker's rank instead of giving it a higher priority (maybe it does, but the ranking is confusing).

Nice list. I had only one wish for torrent creator.

* Allow using larger 4MB pieces!

P.S. I really wonder why people are adding so many trackers to some torrents. Are trackers really that unreliable?

What is a higher Ranking, 1 or 2 for example?
which tracker will be connected first?
