never upload when completed

Hi every body,

first : sorry for english but it isn't as skill as i would like to !

I have a problem with an installation of deluge (portable PC under Ubuntu 8.04 - Deluge release 1.0.7.1)
When i input a new torrent, it download and upload as it could be possible, but when the download is completed it will be impossible to upload !

With the same version of Deluge and the same configuration on a PC Station under Ubuntu 8.04 the problem doesn't exist !

Have you some ideas to explain or solve that ?

Are you sure that your announce port is open from the outside? This sounds like the classic BT problem of people being unable to connect to you because the announce port is closed (not forwarded in router or UPnP/Nat-PMP not working properly).

I've registered just now to post on this topic.

I have the exact same problem. Using port 50,000, forwarded through router, and have always been successful on other OS's, with things such as uTorrent, etc. To add to the information that might hopefully troubleshoot this: When using the port-open tester, it tests fine and displays the "Yay" screen. Download speeds are normal, but it seems like communication with the tracker might be a bit faulty. The number of seed/leech isn't accurate after a period of time.

I've also tried lowering and raising the number of allowed maximum connections and more. Please help! Have bandwidth, would love to distribute and give back to the distributions I download.

Same problem here, when I was using Deluge 0.5 the problem doesn't exist, but now I got 1.0.7 and when the download is complete, then doesn't work seeding..?¿?¿

I'm having the same problem. Torrents seed fine while it is still downloading, as soon as the torrent is completed it no longer uploads. In the preferences-> network -> test ports it returns saying the ports are open.

Also is still connecting to peers (showing peers in peers column as well as the peers tab) it just remains empty in the "Up Speed" column. Any help?

could you please upgrade to the latest version (1.1.1) and see if the problem still persists.

Same problem here with ubuntu 8.04 amd64 and Deluge upgraded.

Since 1.0 was realesed didn't worked properly when the file is completed.

I've tried with automatic and fixed ports, removing the blocklist options, increasing and decreasing the connection limit and the files limit ... all that i thought that it'll work ...

I really love Deluge, but it's impossible to use like that ... i hate leechers and now i am one of them

If any log or information should be suplied, please ask fot it.
