deluge client v1.05 can't start properly

the client can start normally with shortcut (in desktop & start button ...also original folder in program file)
but the client cant start with torrent file ...example below:

same thing happen if i use default torrent client feature in browser (firefox)
also if i open with the file "open with" with the torrent file
its working with the previous client though (1.03 ..never try 1.04 yet)

yes this seems to be a known issue, you can still add torrents through deluge's add button though in the meantime.

hmm...ok..
btw unicode torrent file still wont work with drag and drop or add torrent button (as in...need to rename to make it work)
