deluge uses random ports instead of selected one

hej
well the thing is i have a port open in my router ready for deluge
i go into network and uncheck use random ports
and write in the range wich is 10774 - 10774
and press apply, the active port changes to 10774
so far so god, but when i then press test active port it testes some other port
and when i close deluge and reopen it has a diffrent active port even though the port range i selected is still there
bug ?
could some one help me make deluge use the port i want it to use

deluge will pick a random port if the chosen port is not availble.
Run netstat to check if the port is free.

same problem
when you close the GUI then you have to kill the deluged process

I hope this bug will be fix soon....
