bug in non-downloading file

Post by unit731 »

under downloads/torrents options, I check these options,
enable selecting files ..
only show if torrent has ..
priorities first abd last ...
use full allocation

when I add torrent, and set somes file not-download, but I can see those file actually created with some said file size in nautilus. However these file seems do not allocated any disk space in the hard disk.

This happens in 0.5.8.2 and previous 0.5.8 versions.

I use ubuntu gusty amd64.

they dont take any actual space, since they're sparse files. as to why they're created, http://deluge-torrent.org/faq.php#6n41
