Deluge
Actually this may be for a rather odd reason, but I'd like to have the ability to select language inside Deluge. I run the Windows version and I have Japanese fonts enabled to allow myself to use Japanese software (as well as type Japanese symbols), but this has problems with certain software and it seems Deluge is one of them.
Instead of having menus in English (which is still the default language for my system) it converts them to Japanese. I'd rather them all be in my native language rather than have a mixture of English and Japanese. Basically some way to "force" the program to use one of the avialable languages it has at its disposal.
