default BitTorrent Program

Tonight I have installed deluge on my Windows Vista 32 OS.
when I try to open a torrent, I constantly get an error message, which tells me that the torrent could not be opened because of the fact that the associated program doesn't exist
Despite the text in the FAQ ('On Windows, the installer will ask you if you want Deluge to be your default BitTorrent program) I wasn't asked.

Now i have added the torrent to Deluge but which file of this program should I add to the "Open with" dialogue window

It should be deluge.cmd in the install directory.
