Resume/Pause all don't work for me

Hello,

I'm running Deluge 0.5.8 last svn on amd64 on gutsy.

Resume all don't work, torrent stay in "Paused %s"
Pause all also when torrent are in download.

Button Resume and pause works great.

pause all sets the number of active torrents to 0. resume all sets it back to what it was before clicking on pause all. it doesnt actually change the torrent's pause/active state
