So.. I've seen the new Deluge is out now.. one problem though: when i try to download the 32 bit version, i receive the 403 - forbidden thingy... shouldn't the page be accessible to everyone?

Yes, I've found an issue with the 1.0.1 release which will prevent torrents from properly being added to the session.. I suggest that you do not upgrade until we've released a fix.
