Deluge
Hello !
I was wondering why my upload is not that good, and I activated the logging plugin.
I've a lot of "connection time out", but also a lot of "got a block that was not in the request queue".
I understand this as deluge sending another piece of the file, rather the one asked by the other client, probably because this piece is rarer than the one expected.
However, I don't understand why this happens too on completed torrents.
