The best configurations for Deluge

I installed Deluge earlier today and arrived at the same question as yours. I found a website that helped me to configure the bandwidth settings in Deluge. It's not particularly written for Deluge but I did find the information helpful. The URL is:

I've been downloading two movies for the past 4 hours and all is running well.
