Hello! I have downloaded the new deluge and when I looked on the settings I noticed that the deluge has some kind of share ratio limit. Mine was 2,00. So I was woundering how I can make it infinite with share ratio and share time (100m). Is it -1 as it is for everything else? I hope you understand what I am talking about.

You are probably right about setting it to -1 for unlimited.
But I really think that the share ratio limit and time limit are mainly something for when you queue torrents, so that they get rotated. Increase the number of torrents that you allow to actively seed and in theory none of them will need to be rotated and should all continue to seed.
