A feature request/idea -> completed downloads and rechecks

Could torrents that have been downloaded to the extent the user wanted originally (either all the files, or only some of them) be marked in the internal configuration of deluge to indicate that they have been completed and thus do not need to be rechecked, even if there is an error while shutting down deluge? And since the option of manual rechecks has been integrated into deluge, the user can always do it in case the need arises.

when a download finishes, we already automatically save the fast resume information, so it shouldnt recheck those. if that's not what you're seeing, then there's a bug somewhere.

which version did this start with? and does this apply to torrents that have finished downloading, but are currently seeding?

i do notice that torrents that was seeding will be subjected to rechecking when deluge crashed.

0.5.5? i dont remember. it's been a while. yes. you can test this by downloading a small torrent and seeing if deluge creates a fastresume file for it once it finishes downloading at ~/.config/deluge/torrentfiles/ ...it should create one as soon as it becomes a seed. let me know how your test goes
