Plugins UI

I enabled the blocklist and label plugin and saw them auto added to the preferences side bar. i was thinking that it would be nice if they were added under the plugins tab (add an expandable arrow for all the things that get added in the side bar and come from plugins) or mark all plugin added options with a nice gears icon that say from which plugin the functionality comes from so that people have a better understanding what comes from plugins and what is core functionality.

Interesting idea.. I'll think about it.
