Dissapering torrents (Deluge 1.0.0 Ubuntu 8.04 32bit)

I've had few experiences with new deluge since I installed it.
I'm usually starting my desktop automaticly, and since I installed 1.0.0 RC9, i've added deluged into sessions, so it'll start with system.

1. Last one was that after a day off, when my computer been off almost all the time, all torrents gone missing
There are none within deluge config folder, or anywhere else.

2. I've also noticed that Deluge had problem with special characters like some nationalized letters, or apostrophes within file names..., there weren't any problems before, just now.

3. Once I tried to connect deluge remotely to deluged, I managed to do that but all torrent metadata dissapeared from deluge's list (torrents were intact however).

Now i'm trying to reinstal and remove all old config files, since I already lost all info from deluge.

I'm facing the same problem too...all my torrents went missing.

Another issue is that download rate seems to be very low but upload rate become very high even though I've set the limit for upload. I can't browse to any website while downloading torrent.

Everything works fine after I reinstall back version 0.5.9.4.
