Deluge
Happened 2 times already now, torrent 100% and seeding, but the CRC was wrong (corrupted files). Had to remove the torrent and readd it, check came to 97% (i think in both cases), then re-download those 3%.
Can't say if it's RC9 or SVN because i've been trying out both lately.

Just happened to me again today in RC9. Even after removing and readding the torrent, now it didn't even download any part again, it just checked the whole thing and started seeding again... I had to download the complete torrent (i excluded 1 folder before) so it downloaded properly.. PLEASE FIX!
