Browser downloads file on connect to webui

Hey all,
Running the latest build of deluge (9.0.9) and i was trying to set up the webui. I get it to work once (the first try) and since then whenever I connect I get prompted to download a file. The file seems to be a random string.part file and varies in size.

Any idea's?
