Installing and configuring/maintainig Deluge in terminal?

I just got myself a server, and wanted to try out Deluge WebUI on it, but since my server got no GUI, I have to use terminal to SSH over to it, anyways, now I am wondering if it is possible to install and configure deluge in the terminal ?

it's not currently possible to run deluge without a GUI, however this is planned for 0.6 (I think).

I'm very impatient too because i've got a dedicated server without GUI (Ubuntu Server 7.04) and i'd like to use Deluge on a Web UI.

As far as I know, the current WebUI will work with 0.6, but I am not sure if there is any documentation on how to do it exactly.
