Upgrade to RC6, Still Can't Change Options After Uninstall..

I have performed a complete uninstall RC5 of RC6 and installed RC6. Same problems. All of the preference options are grayed out and I still can't add a torrent.

I am running Windows XP Professional SP3 with all the latest updates.

In addition, I can't quit Deluge by right-clicking on the tray. I have to go to File -> Quit to close Deluge.

Did you check to make sure the daemon is running?
Preferences, Interface, Classic mode disabled, apply and restart in order to start it manually or edit it.

Or, try deleting the preferences file in "C:\Documents and Settings\{username}\Application Data\deluge"

Not sure about the second problem of closing it, unless it's related to the first problem.
