Hi there,
today, when i opened Deluge, some time after, it comes with a exclamation window:
"torrent paused: disk read error, torrent uses the same file as another torrent (/home/user/folder1/folder2/folder3/file.ext)"
I use the same files to seed for two torrent private trackers, and need to have only one time the files in the H.D.
The torrents was a little stalled, and now someone wants download.
What to do now?
See ya. o/
Two torrents with same files
Re: Two torrents with same files
just merge the trackers; right click on torrent, trackers > edit. Copy, then paste to the other torrents. Might have to close this one first then open the other one. Hope this helps.
Re: Two torrents with same files
I gone to edit trackers, copied the tracker 1 from torrent 1 and after to edit tracker on torrent 2, paste the tracker (from torrent 1) and then ok... but this just announce to the tracker 1 on torrent 2.
Too bad.
Thanks anyway. o/

Re: Two torrents with same files
this wouldnt work anyway. read about multiple trackers here http://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtop ... 2259#p2259
Re: Two torrents with same files
This not works in private trackers with passkey. It's necessary to download each .torrent by separated and to share them separated.

2 instances of deluge running 1 torrent in one and the other torrent in the other, and set a different port for one of them. or maybe 2 different torrent programs, different ports
Re: Two torrents with same files
Ok, but this is a temporal solution. Deluge should be capable of doing this in a single instance.loki wrote:2 instances of deluge running 1 torrent in one and the other torrent in the other, and set a different port for one of them. or maybe 2 different torrent programs, different ports
