Problem starting download

Hi. Recently, I upgraded to the latest deluge which is deluge-0.9.03.. but then i can't read the .TORRENT files i downloaded from torrentz.com -- it says "Failed to run the program, Error:193, %1 is not valid Win32 application". What does it mean n why is this happening? I can't use my deluge. Thnx
