Hello,
I have recently upgraded to Version 0.9.02 but unfortunately my configurations are now gone. I only remembered some basic configs but this does not improve the Download Speed (enough Peers are existing for the files). I cannot find a any configuration wizard like before. Can anyone help me?
Deluge 0.9.02 extremely slow
Re: Deluge 0.9.02 extremely slow
OK...I just deinstalled the 0.9.02 and then installed the version which is available via Ubuntu 7.10. Now I cannot add any torrents for downloading. I can open them and choose the place for saving, but they do not appear in Deluge....I am totally lost....

Re: Deluge 0.9.02 extremely slow
got the same problem on deb lenny 32bit, 0.9.03 is the same.. (what is nice though is that at least it checks the torrent a hell of a lot quicker, but i can never get over 50kb/s down, at the same time I'm uploading over 90 so that is a little disappointing..)

Jepp...my max DL was about 50k as well....

the settings wizard will be implemented soonish (I think just after version 1.0) but in the meantime you can get the values you need from running the wizard in 0.5 (although I don't think deluge 0.9 has half open connections).
if you are going to temporarily downgrade make sure you backup your ~/.config/deluge folder as the settings stored in it are incompatible between the two version (0.5 & 0.9).

Re: Deluge 0.9.02 extremely slow
It seems to me that a bug exists in the Debian and Ubuntu packages. I guess it could be in the python packages as well but those haven't changed since the upgrade. Can anyone tell me how I would debug this?

OK...when downgrading I had to delete the config/deluge files. Then I was able to add torrents again without problems.
@JonnyG: Thanks for the hint regarding the incompatability.
