HELP!!!!!

Post by Jem »

I'm in big trouble. Looking at a Ubuntu rebuild due to Deluge. All I did was change the port number. Now, even after a reboot, Deluge will not start. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing - no difference. I'm stuffed unless someone can tell me how to remove any remnant of Deluge configuration so that it will install cleanly again.

Thanks - I hope!

I don't understand. I get this in response: No such file or directory

I'm going to have to rebuild. Just wish I'd never tried Deluge....

You should be able to use the package manager of your choice to completely remove all configuration files with the "purge" argument, or "completely remove."

If that doesn't work, you can clear your entire Deluge configuration by typing the following into a console:

Code: Select all

rm -fr ~/.config/deluge/
