installed 5.9.3 but showing as 5.9.1

Uninstall deluge again but this time before reinstalling 0.5.9.3 search for remaining deluge files

slocate deluge

there should be some leftover files in your installation if there are files in a folder that looks something like:

/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/deluge

remove the deluge folder and install 0.5.9.3
