[feature request] remote path completion/structure

Post by idomagic »

I'd love a possibility to remotely be able to navigate through a directory structure when choosing where to save/move my torrents, at least having path completion in gtk ui would help a lot.

If there's a concern for security it could be chrooted like many ftp-servers are.

A pretty good alternative, that's probably easier to implement, would be to have some sort of "favourite destinations", where you could choose between a set of pre-defined paths when choosing download destination.

I think that the alternative, having a recent list as a dropdown selection would be the most feasible.. Having auto-complete or browsing would be difficult to implement.
