download stuck at 99.99% forced recheck solves problem

Hi,

deluge ver = 0.5.9.3
distro = Ubuntu 8.04

downloads of 3 of my torrents were stuck at 99.99% even though there were many seeders with 100% complete for each of them. Other peers were downloading from me, deluge was not downloading from any of the seeders with 100% files. So i had to do a forced recheck on all such torrents, only then did deluge start downloading and completed the torrents.
