Deluge starts redownloading allready downloaded files

Post by troca »

Hi sometimes i forget to mount 1 of my Usb harddrives and deluge complains so i quickly close it mount the Hdd and start deluge then deluge starts redownloading every singel torrent on that Hdd. I have to remove the torrent and add it again from source then it sometimes works. Also sometimes i download stuff that is allready downloaded without me forgetting to mount my harddrive. Any help on this would be gr8

It's simple really. Just remember to mount your drive before you start deluge. Glad I could help ;)

thats not realy what i asked for is it ? and tbh kinda stupid answer my question was if i forget to mount a harddrive with 200 torrents on is there noway to get deluge to just recon the torrents are there if i restart it or something like Utorrent under wine would or Azuerus, cuz i only have this problem with deluge. Deluge works the best for me tho so i dont want to go back to azureus witch slows down you comp so mutch and i pref linux apps over windows apps.

When that happens then, I think you'd have to remove the affected torrents and re-add them. It would have to recheck them, I believe that's the only way around it or else I refer you to my previous response.
