Hi,
i follow the wizard startup but i'm not satisfied.
So, i've a 2M adsl line (32 Kib/s in up, 250 Kib/s) and i've a router 604t dlink whit a mod-firmware.
so, what is the right configure?
someone can explain me what's the half-open connection? (now is set to -1)
PS: sometime the page in internet are not rechable, possible it's due of deluge and its network activities?

I am only talking about my experiences with Deluge, which is a great client:

Half-Open connections should be set to a rather low value or else your internet connection might suffer. I heard that the default value of 8 should be fine. Some people recommend higher values between 10 and 80 for other clients like µTorrent. But not more.

Yes (see above). At the moment Deluge heavily sucks on my internet connection, even with low connection values. But that might be an exception.
