Deluge
Does deluge set ToS to 0x08 (aka bandwidth throughput)?
My router absolutely hates anything that doesn't, I've googled around for it and it seems librtorrent supports it, but I'm not sure if its on by default or not. And how librtorrent options relate to deluge's options.
Also is there any way to set "Only download 1 torrent at the time"? Also helps a bit with latency, but I dont mind seeding while I'm downloading.
