Manage Deluge on terminal only

I have a home server with Ubuntu Hardy AMD64 Server. I want to use Deluge as my torrent client (web plugin to manage torrents).

Is it possible to enable any of the plugins via terminal or some config file? I would definitely want the web plugin at the very least.

unfortunately 0.5 requires a GUI and cannot be run without it.

you should however check out 0.6, it's still in early development so expect bugs and most of the plugins haven't been ported yet however it can run as daemon (i.e. from terminal) and it has a web ui.
