Deluge
I did a search here for how to create torrents using 5.9.1 (I've never created a torrent before, ever) but couldn't find a general "how to...". I understand that it may be self explanatory to many here, but if anyone would be so kind as to lmk the whys and wherefores, I'd greatly appreciate it.
I'm using Windows if that's significant at all, and I've plugged in "Create New Torrent".
