[Feature request]Skins

I think most of us windows users (and maybe linux users?) notice that deluge changes skins quite frequently every versions. Some are lovely and normal and some amazes me (that classic windows look, whoa). I liked the black design that you guys had on one version.

Anyway, here's my suggestions. Any chance for you to allow users to change skins easily, rather than replacing the files for a one-time skin change? I surely miss that black design, so it might be great that we can have a list of skins to choose.

Since Deluge uses gtk2, you can choose from any of the preset skins that come with the gtk2 package. I know it's fairly straightforward for windows users because of a nice program to change it all for you called gtk2_prefs.

maybe we should add something like "Is deluge skinnable?" to the faq.
